Honestly though it looks like it's just not being detected at all. I have downloaded the drivers from HP and Synaptic with no luck. Once I got back into windows though, it still wouldn't work.ĭevice Manager is not showing the Synaptic PS/2 device and I am getting the "Unable to detect Synaptic Pointing Device Driver" when opening up the Mouse settings via Control Panel. Plugged in an external and it allowed me to go through the process.
Everything went well, except that I noticed that when I pressed F11 to load up the factory reset, that the mouse wouldn't work.
I've been searching the forum and google to see if anyone has run into this before but last night I performed a factory reset on my TM2T-2200.
